Rural Felicity is a non-profit organization determined to develop and promote various arts, including visual, musical, dramatic, and performing arts in the Kirksville area. Specifically, Rural Felicity aims to provide education in the performance of traditional folk song, music and dance by means of classes, exhibits, lectures, performances and beyond.
